Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Experience supporting Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Solid understanding of desktop and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Good understanding of IT security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for end users.
• Troubleshoot and support Windows desktop and server environments.
• Support Active Directory, including user management.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs and laptops.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
