IT Support Engineer – Managed Services | Letchworth, Hertfordshire | Full Time | Up to £40,000 per annum

Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer with a passion for Microsoft 365?

Do you enjoy solving technical challenges, supporting users, and keeping IT systems running smoothly?

Our client, established in 1988, works in partnership with manufacturers, software houses, and system integrators. They offer their clients a structured “break‑fix” service along with engineering resources for installations and rollouts.

Are you the right person for the job?
  • 2+ years’ experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin panels, PowerShell scripting, Entra ID, Azure Hosting, and Azure PIM
  • Microsoft 365 certifications preferred but not essential
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
What will your role look like?
  • Provide first‑level support for Microsoft 365 issues and user devices
  • Administer services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
  • Manage user accounts, security, and Active Directory
  • Work with Microsoft Purview for compliance and data governance
  • Maintain operational hardware fleet and document procedures
  • Conduct basic user training and monitor service health
