Overview

Hayward Hawk Technology are partnering with a leading logistics organisation who are urgently seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their busy IT team on a 3-month temporary contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck into hands-on support, keeping systems running smoothly, and working within a fast-paced, connected environment.

The Role

You’ll be providing 1st and 2nd line IT support across multiple UK & Ireland sites — supporting everything from desktops and networks to mobile devices and business-critical applications.

You’ll join a friendly, experienced IT team where you’ll play a key role in:

  • Resolving day-to-day IT tickets and incidents
  • Supporting Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Administering Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Assisting with user setups, access management, and device configuration
What You’ll Bring
  • Immediate availability – ready to start straight away
  • 2+ years’ experience in an IT Support or Systems role
  • Confident across Windows environments and Office 365
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication and a proactive approach to getting things done
The Details
  • Contract: 3 months
  • Location: Ballyclare area (onsite role)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5:30pm
  • Start Date: ASAP
