Service Desk Analyst
A highly successful and rapidly growing business based in Kingston, Surrey are looking for a personable IT Support Engineer to join their Service Desk Team. Supporting the Service Desk Manager you will provide an excellent 1 st and 2 nd line support service to internal IT users, clients and VIPs. This is front line, customer facing hands on technical role supporting a Windows and M365 environment.
Please note – hybrid working is offered – 3 days per week in the Kingston office and 2 at home.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst or IT Support Engineer. You will have strong incident resolution, service request fulfilment, asset and configuration and database management skills. ITIL Foundation accreditation is a bonus.
The salary on offer for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits.
