As part of a dedicated support team, you will work onsite to provide support for lab‑based IT within our client's pharmaceutical facilities. You are fully supported by your Service Delivery Manager and colleagues. You will handle various tickets throughout the day, resolving issues empathetically and pragmatically, with a focus on excellent customer service—ensuring each user is satisfied with the resolution.
