IT Support Engineer Fenchurch Street 3-month Contract

My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide Tech Bar support, delivering an excellent on-site user experience. The successful candidate will offer approachable, face-to-face technical assistance to staff across the business.

It s a friendly, service-driven environment where IT support meets customer care. You ll assist users with device issues, software troubleshooting, connectivity problems, and account support.

Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users across the business.
  • Manage and resolve walk-up requests, ensuring timely and effective service.
  • Onboard new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Manage and resolve an excess of IT support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices.
IT Support Engineer Experience/Technologies:
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft stack, including Office 365 (administration and support).
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user account management and support).
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems (administration and troubleshooting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to engage with users at all levels of the business.
