Technical Solutions Engineer / IT Support Engineer

Role

The Technical Solutions Engineer will be responsible for configuring and installing the client’s software for customers, working from home.

  • Handle software‑related requests
  • Analyse software related issues and propose solutions
  • Troubleshoot software
  • Identify root causes of software problems
  • Conduct software testing and installation
  • Troubleshoot IT related issues
  • Manage software and database migrations
  • Advise customers on hardware and software configurations and implementation
  • Develop customer relationships through professional and dependable interactions
