You’ll work alongside our IT Projects Officer, helping to deliver a range of technology improvements and providing day-to-day IT support to staff across the organisation.The IT Support Assistant will support the effective delivery of IT & Business systems, projects, and daily operations within Disability Action. Working under the guidance of the IT Projects Officer, the post holder will assist with troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT records, and helping to implement new digital initiatives that improve how we work.This opportunity is specifically for anyone with a disability, long-term health condition or difference, such as physical, sensory, mental health condition, or who is neurodiverse or has autism, ADHD, dyslexia or any other type of condition or communication, processing or learning difference.
