Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support via phone, remote access, or onsite.
• Ensure nurseries have adequate Wi-Fi and respond to communications issues.
• Maintain records of IT support requests and actions taken.
• Perform routine network maintenance tasks including user accounts and software installations.
• Support management information and finance systems.
• Assist with new software installation and testing.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Health and Safety policies.
• Manage IT asset and audit registers.
