A leading apprenticeship provider is looking for an IT Operations Support modern apprentice in Livingston. The role involves first line technical support, assisting with ICT training, and monitoring devices. Desirable skills include attention to detail and a friendly attitude. As IT Operations Support, the modern apprentice will work closely alongside the Service Delivery Lead and IT Support Officer to ensure the availability and day to day running and development of the infrastructure and support ILF Scotland staff in using it.

£25,235 - £28,131 per annum
9am - 5pm. This role is offered on a hybrid working arrangement with an office based in Livingston.
