This role entails resolving technical incidents, providing face-to-face IT assistance, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of relevant experience, along with COMPTIA A/N certifications. Job description

As the primary IT support professional at our London Head Office you’ll also extend your expertise to our other London locations. This hands‑on role involves providing face‑to‑face IT support, resolving technical incidents promptly via our ITSM tool and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing and resolving IT issues efficiently while delivering exceptional service
  • Managing, configuring and preparing hardware and software installations
  • Maintaining and creating technical documentation to share with the team

This role is based at our London office Monday – Friday. Shifts are 9‑6 / 8‑5 on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support
  • COMPTIA A / N or equivalent certifications
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
  • Friendly, approachable and customer‑focused attitude
  • Experience providing face‑to‑face IT support
Desirable Skills (Training Provided)
