A leading retail company in Greater London is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join their team at the London Head Office. This role entails resolving technical incidents, providing face-to-face IT assistance, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of relevant experience, along with COMPTIA A/N certifications. The position offers a full-time employment with an array of benefits aimed at promoting employee welfare and recognition.
As the primary IT support professional at our London Head Office you’ll also extend your expertise to our other London locations. This hands‑on role involves providing face‑to‑face IT support, resolving technical incidents promptly via our ITSM tool and ensuring smooth IT operations.
This role is based at our London office Monday – Friday. Shifts are 9‑6 / 8‑5 on a rotational basis.
