We\'re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support Analyst to join our Cambridge-based team. In this role, you\'ll be the go-to person for everything from hardware maintenance and software support to troubleshooting and user assistance. You\'ll also play a key role in supporting colleagues across our offices in Norwich, Birmingham, London, Manchester, Leeds, and Oxford, with some occasional travel required. If you\'re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in your day, and loves helping others solve tech challenges, we\'d love to hear from you.
You\'ll bring your experience in IT support, familiarity with laptops, printers, scanners, and basic data patching, and combine it with a proactive mindset and a passion for helping others. But this role is more than just technical know-how—it's about collaboration, communication, and adaptability.
