This is a part‑time role (20 hours per week) focused on helping new colleagues get set up for success, supporting day‑to‑day IT needs, and ensuring smooth running of our internal systems and assets. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their IT journey who wants hands‑on experience across enterprise tools and exposure to the ServiceNow platform.

What You’ll Do
Employee onboarding & offboarding
  • Prepare laptops, phones and accounts for new starters
  • Provide first‑day support and help employees get up and running
  • Remove access and coordinate equipment returns when colleagues leave
Internal IT support
  • Act as first‑line support for internal IT queries
  • Manage IT support tickets and communicate progress clearly
  • Troubleshoot device, access and connectivity issues
  • Maintain accurate asset and equipment records
  • Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint and basic ServiceNow admin tasks
IT operations & improvement
  • Keep internal documentation up to date
  • Help improve onboarding, support and IT processes
  • Support Wrangu’s information security standards
Learn & grow
  • Build your knowledge of ServiceNow and enterprise SaaS tools
  • Develop practical IT, troubleshooting and administration skills
  • Work alongside experienced engineers and consultants
About You

You might have recently completed an IT qualification or have early hands‑on experience in support. What matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity and a proactive mindset.

  • IT‑related degree/certification (or working toward one)
  • Ideally holds, or is working toward, a Microsoft 365 or Azure Fundamentals certification (e.g. MS‑900 or AZ‑900). Higher‑level administrator certifications (MS‑102 / AZ‑104) are a plus
  • Interest in ServiceNow and enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Eager to develop skills in IT systems, access management and security
  • Familiar with laptops, operating systems and basic networking
  • Great communicator who enjoys helping others
  • Strong organiser with good attention to detail
  • Confident working independently in a remote environment
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage

Experience in helpdesk or tech support (internship, university project or lab work) is a plus but not required.
