In this role you would be responsible for Microsoft Infrastructure Management for clients across the UK and Ireland, being the third line of escalation for tickets, supporting the team and junior members of staff.

The ideal IT support would have come from a similar background in infrastructure management or similar, with an IT‑related degree or qualification, looking to progress and develop your career within a well‑established IT support company.
