Job summary

Suntory Beverages & Food GB&I is seeking a data and technology leader to partner with Digital Core functions across Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Corporate, guiding technology initiatives for Manufacturing, Warehouse, Planning and Transport.

You will act as the IT business partner to align roadmaps, manage IT strategy, and deliver value while collaborating with COEs and regional teams on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT management or leadership experience in multinational FMCG.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain IT including Manufacturing, Planning and Logistics.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on technology leadership and delivery experience.
• Strong collaboration, influencing and communication across functions and geographies.
• Gemba-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset driving technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience in global/regional IT with COEs and SAP landscapes.
• Familiarity with S4Hana transformation projects.
• Knowledge of digital manufacturing and warehouse automation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Digital & IT business partner for BU Corporate and Supply Chain function leaders to define and align the technology roadmap with business needs and technological possibilities.
• Serve as the single point of contact for IT portfolio management, cost of ownership, and IT strategy within Supply Chain and Corporate functions for the BU.
• Collaborate closely with SBFE Regional IT COEs (AI, Analytics, Cybersecurity, SAP) to ensure project delivery adds value and enhances user experience.
• Drive technology-led change by integrating external industry developments and innovations into the BU’s technology strategy.
• Own end-to-end accountability for the BU Supply Chain & Corporate IT landscape including strategy, prioritization, delivery oversight, and value realization.
• Partner with functional leaders across BU and other BUs to simplify and digitize ways of working aligned with international technology and architecture standards.
• Balancing ongoing operational changes and upgrades with the need to digitize and modernize plant operations to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), safety, and forecast accuracy while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Managing the constraints and limited flexibility imposed by the upcoming S4Hana transformation (go-live end 2027) on SAP Core enhancements.
• Influencing diverse stakeholders across functions and regions to make strategic data and technology decisions aligned with business priorities.
• Ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple COEs and regional teams to deliver complex projects on the ground.
