A leading IT services company in London is seeking a Technical Consultant to help clients enhance their IT strategy. The role involves developing long-term IT strategies, providing technical support, and managing diverse technology projects. Qualifications

• At least 12 months of IT consultancy and 3+ years in IT support.
• Proven experience in delivering projects with Microsoft 365 and preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong verbal and written skills, able to explain technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term IT strategies and roadmaps for clients.
• Provide proactive and reactive technical support on-site.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IT infrastructure.
