Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience managing Sales Managers.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales and gross profit targets.
  • Experience in forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed annual gross profit targets.
  • Lead and develop Sales Managers, embedding a culture of accountability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across key accounts.
  • Define and execute divisional sales strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

Skills

Proven background working within a Managed IT Service Provider
Extensive experience in commercial account management
Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Customer-centric and strategic

BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
