Qualifications

  • Proven background working within a Managed IT Service Provider.
  • Extensive experience in commercial account management and consultative B2B sales.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales and gross profit targets.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience, managing Sales Managers or equivalent teams.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed annual gross profit targets.
  • Lead and develop Sales Managers, fostering accountability and performance.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across key customer accounts.
  • Define and execute divisional sales strategy aligned with goals.
  • Drive pipeline creation and ensure execution across sales functions.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews across major accounts.
