An educational charity in the UK is seeking an IT Services Apprentice to provide first line support and assist in the administration of information technology systems. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and a willingness to learn. Key responsibilities include supporting staff and managing systems, with a requirement for good knowledge of Windows systems and organizational skills. As an IT Services Apprentice you will receive on the job training and support whilst providing first line support for the information technology systems / hardware. You will be required to assist the Technical Services Manager with the administration of the network and servers.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
