Job Description
Alpine has an exciting opportunity to join the team as an IT Service Desk Technician.
Reporting to the IT Service Desk Team Leader, you will be a vital part of our IT Department, providing dedicated 1st and 2nd line support to the entire Formula One Team. This hands‑on role involves managing end‑user devices, user accounts, and supporting a wide range of IT services and events across the business.
You will be responsible for staffing the IT Service Desk during working hours, ensuring prompt and professional support to team members. You’ll manage hardware assets, coordinate with third‑party suppliers for upgrades and support incidents, and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new starters and leavers.
