A bit about the job:
You’ll help oversee the day-to-day running of our IT Service Desk, making sure our live chat and telephony platforms are well-staffed and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with team leads and other support colleagues to align skills with schedules, support junior analysts, and contribute to service improvements. This role sits within a collaborative and supportive team that’s focused on delivering great service and continuous improvement.
