Job summary

Brabners LLP in Liverpool is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join the IT Team. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues with IT queries, delivering quick resolutions and maintaining a strong customer service ethos.

The role focuses on 1st/2nd line support across Windows, Microsoft 365, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android). Excellent communication and teamwork are essential, with on-site work four days per week in the Liverpool City Centre office.

Qualifications

• Previous IT Service Desk experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and mobile environments (iOS/Android).
• Mimecast experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
• Resolve 1st and 2nd line issues in a timely manner.
• Manage and update the ticketing system to meet SLAs.
• Promote a user-focused, responsive IT support culture.
• Escalate queries to other IT teams or providers when needed.
• Maintain IT Asset Management System and contribute to IT projects.
