• Experience ensuring availability and resilience of IT services.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across IT and business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a rolling programme of service continuity testing for existing services.
• Collaborate with Incident Managers, Technical Leads, Service Managers, Architects and business representatives.
• Support delivery of Service Continuity requirements across the department.
