Job description

I am hiring an IT Security and Network Sales Manager on behalf of a Germany‑based IT‑security services provider, specialising in network & endpoint protection, consulting, integration and managed services. Established over 15 years ago, the firm serves organisations via a broad manufacturer portfolio and offers solutions across network security, firewalls, wireless, automation and infrastructure.

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while also acquiring new customers in the network and IT‑security domain.
  • Guide clients through the full sales process – from initial inquiry and offer creation, through delivery, support, renewal and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and manufacturers to develop tailored security and network solutions for customers.
  • Oversee contract renewals, subscriptions, support agreements, and maintenance services to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs in network and cybersecurity, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

This position is hybrid in North Rhine‑Westphalia.

Essential:
  • 5 years of experience as an account manager in the IT‑services or cyber‑security sector.
  • Familiarity with network and IT‑security solutions and manufacturers (e.g., Check Point, Fortinet, Infoblox, HPE/Aruba) and services like support, subscriptions and renewals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer‑centric approach, dependable and proactive work style, enjoyment in interacting with clients and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal German C1 minimum.
