Job summary

IAC is pleased to help this iconic media organisation find an experienced Technology Risk and Controls Manager for a 12 month FTC. Reporting into the Head of GRC, you'll provide assurance over technology controls during an exciting period of change and transformation.

This is a hands-on role in a hybrid setup; based in London or Manchester, the team works from the office two days per week, with occasional travel between the two offices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technology controls, risk, or assurance in a complex organisation.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Experience and knowledge of cloud environments.
• Ideally, a relevant certification such as CISA or CRISC.

Reporting into the Head of GRC, you'll provide assurance over technology controls during an exciting period of change and transformation. In addition to evaluating and identifying risks, you'll partner with stakeholders to suggest, develop and implement remediations and improvements.

This is a hands‑on role that's perfect for a candidate who thrives in complex, dynamic environments. After the initial 12 month period, there may be an opportunity to join on a permanent basis.

You can be located in either London or Manchester for this role. The team works from the office two days per week. If based in Manchester, you'll be asked to come into the London office a couple times a month.

Requirements include:

• Significant experience in technology controls, risk, or assurance in a complex organisation
• Ability to work in an agile environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience and knowledge of cloud environments
• Ideally, a relevant certification such as CISA or CRISC
