Job summary

pcscs is seeking an IT QA Engineer to test web-based eCommerce applications and APIs in Swindon. You will perform integration tests and prepare/execute test cases, raising defects in Jira or Microsoft TFS. The role includes learning automation and supporting continuous quality delivery.

The position is permanent with flexible hours and a work-from-home option, located in Swindon, Wiltshire. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with experience in Microsoft tools and cloud exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience testing web eCommerce applications and APIs.
• Familiar with defect tracking and test case preparation.

Responsibilities

• Test web-based eCommerce applications end-to-end.
• Conduct API data and integration testing.
• Prepare and execute test cases; raise defects in JIRA/Microsoft TFS.
• Explore automation opportunities to improve coverage.
