Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited leads a major ERP transformation programme in Essex, offering a hybrid working arrangement. You will head the SAP-driven ERP implementation from planning through deployment and adoption, engaging senior stakeholders and partners to deliver substantial operational change.

The role requires proven ERP project leadership with SAP experience and a track record of coordinating multiple workstreams, governance, and change management to achieve go-live success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects or programmes through full lifecycle.
• Previous experience working within SAP environments is essential.
• Experience delivering or supporting SAP implementation programmes is highly desirable.
• S/4HANA experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Experience managing implementation partners, systems integrators and third‑party vendors.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and risk management capabilities.
• Experience delivering business change alongside systems implementation.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, wholesale or supply chain environments would be advantageous.
• Open to candidates with broader ERP implementation experience and exposure to SAP environments.

FTC c.18 Months | £60,000-£80,000 | Essex (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity to lead a major SAP-led ERP transformation programme within a well-established UK organisation. You will take ownership of a business-critical implementation programme, working closely with senior stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver significant operational and systems change.

This is a highly visible role combining project leadership, business change and stakeholder management, with responsibility for guiding a major ERP implementation from planning through to successful deployment and adoption.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a major ERP implementation programme through to go-live and business adoption.
• Manage implementation partners, third-party suppliers and key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring risks, dependencies and timelines are effectively managed.
• Establish programme governance, reporting structures and delivery controls.
• Oversee testing, training, business readiness and change management activities.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations and Technology teams to support successful implementation and adoption.
• Provide regular programme updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Expertise & Experience
