Location: Birmingham - 2 days per week office-based | Duration: 6 Months | IR35: Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects supporting divestitures, carve-outs, M&A and business integrations.

You will be responsible for delivering complex technology separation projects, ensuring Day 1 readiness, TSA compliance, secure separation and transition into BAU.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects across divestiture and carve-out programmes.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets and stakeholder communications.
• Lead TSA, network, identity, tenant, server and application infrastructure separation.
• Coordinate technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.
