Job summary

Sectech Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager on a 12 month contract with hybrid working and site visits to Leatherhead as required. The role requires BPSS/CTC clearance and experience with data centre moves, third party engagement for testing and cutover, and multi-party systems testing.

The successful candidate will manage detailed plans, critical paths, and governance across multiple projects, coordinating stakeholders, and leading standups and sprint ceremonies to ensure milestones are

Qualifications

Experience managing large, complex projects (12+ months) with critical paths.
Experience delivering in waterfall and agile environments.
Strong stakeholder management and 3rd party coordination.
IT background with testing and cutover experience.
BPSS/CTC security clearance (or eligible).

Responsibilities

Ownership of detailed plan and ensuring critical paths have integrity and realistic effort provisions.
Management of detailed plan including planning/re-planning, smoothing, deconfliction and reporting.
Ensure products go through proper review cycles with correct stakeholders to meet plan dates.
Lead internal standups, sprint ceremonies and checkpoints to keep the plan on track.
Maintain RAID log and governance for reporting and updates.
Assist Programme Director in planning, reporting or governance at programme level.
Manage the Project Coordinator in delivery support for Technical PMs.
Be the key contact for Project Managers in supplier mobilisation teams and build delivery relationships.
