Following successful delivery, you will move on to drive additional technology change initiatives aligned to an exciting long-term digital roadmap.

You will work closely with business teams, technology specialists, and external vendors to make sure the solution is modern, efficient, secure, and built around real user needs.

What You\'ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of a major CRM implementation - from planning and design through to testing, go-live and continuous improvement.

  • Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and map improved processes.

  • Coordinating internal project teams and managing third-party suppliers.

  • Monitoring project progress, risks, scope and spend - ensuring delivery stays on track.

  • Producing clear progress updates and decision papers for senior stakeholders.

  • Supporting training, handover, and adoption of the new solution organisation-wide.

  • Ensuring data quality, governance and appropriate system-wide security controls.

  • Driving process optimisation and a customer-focused culture of digital excellence.

  • Maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven track record managing complex digital or systems projects from initiation to delivery.

  • Ability to communicate comfortably with stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds.

  • Strong organisational skills - able to prioritise, manage risk, and solve problems quickly.

  • Experience coordinating suppliers and ensuring value for money on deliverables.

  • Confidence running workshops and engaging users to influence positive change.

  • Understanding of CRM, workflow or case management systems - desirable but not essential.

What You\'ll Bring
  • An improvement-focused mindset, always looking for smarter ways of working.

  • A strong collaborator who builds trust and brings teams together.

  • Ability to balance governance and delivery pace in a complex organisation.

  • Motivation to take ownership of a high-profile programme and deliver tangible results.

What\'s on Offer
  • Leadership of a transformational digital initiative from day one.

  • Opportunities for continued career progression into wider change programmes.

  • Collaborative working culture and strong support across the business.
