Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a knack for turning complex infrastructure projects into smooth, successful deliveries? We’re seeking a hands‑on leader to oversee a portfolio of office moves, relocations, and fit outs across multiple sites — ensuring each transition runs flawlessly and on time.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead large‑scale IT projects from planning to delivery — covering office relocations, new site setups, and tech fit outs.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, balancing competing priorities across multiple sites.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure delivery — from WiFi and networking to telephony, AV, and workstation setups.
  • Manage risk, change, and budgets, ensuring projects stay compliant, secure, and on track.
  • Support PMO/Portfolio activity, contributing to strategic planning and governance during a period of major transformation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven success managing complex office move and infrastructure projects, ideally across the UK and Europe.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Deep technical expertise in networking, PC deployment, telephony, and AV systems.
  • Commercial acumen — confident managing budgets, suppliers, and contracts.
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Bonus points for experience in legal or professional services, or with ESG‑conscious fit outs.
