Job summary

Project People is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to own complex IT initiatives from planning through implementation in the Theale area. You will run multiple projects across the full lifecycle, managing budgets and third‑party suppliers while reporting to senior stakeholders.

With 5+ years in IT project management and a Prince2 Practitioner credential, you will demonstrate strong communication, governance and requirements gathering skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience in cross-functional environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT and software development lifecycle projects.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, risks and changing requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Data/BI, telecoms or infrastructure project experience is desirable.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to take ownership of complex IT projects and deliver key business initiatives from planning through to successful implementation.

The Role

You will manage multiple projects across the full lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards while proactively managing risks, issues and dependencies.
