Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient IT Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of internal computer systems using DriveWorks. This role will be pivotal in optimizing existing digital innovations and supporting the launch of new products through smart automation and system integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for internal system development using DriveWorks.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, configure, and deploy DriveWorks projects to streamline internal workflows and product configuration processes.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee integration of DriveWorks with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PLM).
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing digital tools and processes.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring systems are in place to handle configuration, quoting, and documentation.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, data security, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing IT or digital transformation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with DriveWorks (Solo or Pro), ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, automation, and digital workflows.
  • Excellent project management skills (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CAD systems (e.g., SolidWorks), ERP platforms, and product lifecycle tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • DriveWorks certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a product-driven or manufacturing company.
