Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED in London is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex software delivery programmes for blue‑chip clients. You will coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders at senior levels, and ensure projects stay on time and within scope.

The role requires proven experience delivering Agile projects, a solid SDLC understanding, and the ability to adapt on client sites. You’ll contribute to developing the practice and advancing the careers of colleagues through coaching and

Qualifications

• End-to-end software delivery and project management experience across multiple industries.
• Proven track record delivering Agile projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project governance.
• Experience acting as Scrum Master or Product Owner is a plus.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at senior levels and drive proposal opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Programme and Project Management solutions to blue‑chip clients across industries.
• Grow and develop the project management practice.
• Work flexibly with client teams, consultants, and third parties on site.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and formalise targets where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities and develop compelling proposals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering Programme and Project Management solutions to our blue‑chip client base, across all facets of the industries we operate in.
• Involvement in growing and developing the practice.
• Taking a flexible approach to your work, changing your approach as required, remaining pragmatic; on client site teams, you may work with MIGSO-PCUBED consultants, client employees, other consultancies and third parties.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level, dependent on the nature of your role, this could be formalised into a target as part of your development.
• Identifying opportunities and developing proposals.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Joining us as a consultant, you’ll be proactive and curious, and have excellent social and stakeholder management skills. You’ll be an effective and influential communicator, an open and collaborative team‑player and passionate about continuous learning. You will be able to demonstrate project management capabilities (direct or transferable) gained in industry or consulting environments.

• End‑to‑end software delivery and project management experience
• A track record in delivering Agile projects
• Strong knowledge of SDLC
• Previous experience of acting as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
• Strong knowledge and understanding of key trends in industryExperience working as a Delivery Lead at either the programme or project level
• Successful experience shaping and leading complex projects
• Strong background in stakeholder management
