Job summary

A global retail transformation company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive a strategic initiative focused on modernising inventory management systems. This role involves leading IT projects across retail environments, managing stakeholders, and implementing SAP Fiori solutions. Candidates should have a strong background in retail IT and experience with SAP systems. Offering a hybrid work model with a contract length of 6 months at a competitive day rate.

IT Project Manager - Retail Inventory Transformation (Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite/week)
Contract Length: 6 months initially
Start Date: ASAP
Day Rate: £550-£650/day

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join a global retail transformation programme focused on modernising inventory management systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a strategic initiative aimed at improving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency across a large international retail estate.

Project Overview

• Programme Phase: Midway through a global rollout
• Objective: Decommission legacy back-of-house systems and implement SAP Fiori-based solutions
• Scope: Retail IT infrastructure and solutions delivery, with a focus on inventory management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IT infrastructure and solutions projects across retail, office, and warehouse environments
• Manage stakeholders across multiple regions and functions
• Drive implementation of SAP Fiori and related supply chain modules
• Ensure alignment with global IT strategy and compliance standards

Required Experience

• Strong background in retail IT, especially back-of-house
