Job summary

DEVI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED in Birmingham seeks an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives. You will define scope, objectives and timelines, coordinating business, technical and vendor teams to ensure value delivery.

The role requires strong governance, budget control and stakeholder communication. Hybrid work pattern with four days remote and one day in the office is supported.

• Proven track record in budgeting, scheduling and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources and governance.
• Monitor progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Communicate status and milestones to stakeholders.
• Manage change requests and enforce change control.
• Facilitate governance reviews and project meetings.
• Ensure IT policies, standards and security requirements are met.
• Coordinate system implementation, testing and post-implementation support.
• Maintain RAID logs and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements.
