DEVI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED in Birmingham seeks an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives. You will define scope, objectives and timelines, coordinating business, technical and vendor teams to ensure value delivery.
The role requires strong governance, budget control and stakeholder communication. Hybrid work pattern with four days remote and one day in the office is supported.
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation to successful completion.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and project plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technical, and third-party vendors.
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and overall project governance.
Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage project change requests and ensure effective change control.
Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, and governance reviews.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, IT standards, and security requirements.
Coordinate system implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Maintain project documentation, reports, RAID logs, and lessons learned.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
Ensure successful delivery of digital transformation and enterprise IT initiatives.
