Job Title: IT Programme Manager

Salary: Circa £75,000 dependent on experience

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leadershipof an IT portfolio delivering products, projects and services across BAE Systems
  • Lead, motivate and support all team members through all that they do, ensuring the well being on an individual basis as well as the collective whole
  • Support the project managers to deliver their projectobjectivesand enable success / operational excellence by removing blockers
  • Drive delivery andproactivemanagementof projects within the portfolio to time, cost and quality
  • The point of contact for any project issues, supporting resolution with customers and partners in a collaborative way
  • Deliver succinct reporting across the portfolio in a timely manner, with focus on project performance reporting to seniorleadership
Your skills and experiences:
  • Experience of projectmanagementdelivery incomplex,challengingenvironments to both national and International Customers
  • Provenexperience and understanding ofmanagingIT projects, programmes and portfolios
  • Recognised projectmanagementqualification or equivalent experience
