Center Parcs is seeking an IT Programme Director to lead the core modernisation of our booking and village management platforms. The role oversees replacement of the accommodation booking system, manages integration with existing systems, and drives AI and automation enhancements across guest experience and operations.

The position is a two-year fixed-term contract with a 28% bonus scheme, a company car and enhanced pension.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering complex booking/reservation platforms or guest-facing systems.
• Change management and adoption across large, distributed operations.
• Proven leadership creating high-performing, diverse programme teams.
