Overview

I am currently recruiting for a procurement business partner for an award winning business who truly make a difference. The procurement department in this business has an excellent reputation within all senior stakeholders. They are an important part of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement activities in a service orientated and commercial environment and in relevant IT categories.
  • Develop constructive supplier relationships to add value and additional commercial benefits.
  • Lead and manage the complete tendering process.
  • Provide proven project/programme management experience, including the ability to manage large-scale, multiple projects concurrently.
  • Implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in relation to Contract Management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience of procurement in the public sector or not-for-profit industry, or a strong interest in this field.
  • Experience of working in a service orientated and commercial environment and in relevant IT categories.
  • Excellent knowledge of PCR2015 and PA2023 procurement regulatory requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of business management principles including decision making, negotiation, planning, budgeting and projections.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
