TransUnion is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure across data centres and cloud, including Azure, Nutanix and Linux/Windows environments. The role covers design, deployment, security and 24/7 operational excellence, with a strong focus on automation and IaC.
This hybrid role combines virtual responsibilities and in-person work at a TU office location for at least two days per week. You will coach teams and drive continuous improvement in a global IT ops context.
The IT Operations Manager leads the delivery, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure services across data centre and cloud environments. The team is responsible for maintaining secure, scalable and resilient platforms, enabling effective 24/7 operations and developing a high-performing infrastructure team.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
