The IT Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of IT services across the organisation. This role focuses on operational excellence, compliance, and service reliability rather than strategic transformation.
Key responsibilities include managing the Microsoft Azure and M365 environment, overseeing hardware lifecycle management (laptops, monitors, and peripherals), supporting business continuity, and ensuring the IT infrastructure runs effectively to meet business needs.
The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate both internal IT teams and external vendors to maintain high service standards.
