• Manage day-to-day user experience across Microsoft tools.
• Oversee cybersecurity activities related to GDPR compliance.
• Develop IT and data protection policies.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365

Experience managing outsourced IT providers

Strong communication skills

Understanding of ISO 27001 and GDPR

Ability to manage IT assets
