Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a senior IT support or IT Manager role in a multi-site or high-growth environment.
• Exceptional customer-focused support and communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience leading full project lifecycles and managing external support partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all IT service delivery across 40+ venues.
• Drive critical IT infrastructure projects with the Director of IT.
• Lead installation and commissioning of IT services for new venue openings.
