We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) — ideally with a background as a Functional Analyst or Solution Architect. This role will serve as the primary IT counterpart for our UK and EMEA business teams, ensuring strategic alignment between regional business objectives and global IT strategy. The ideal candidate combines technical depth in D365 CE (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Insights) with strong business acumen, project leadership, and the ability to manage day-to-day CRM operations while driving long-term transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Regional IT Leadership & Alignment
  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for the UK and EMEA region.
  • Partner with regional and global leadership to align IT priorities with EMEA strategic goals.
  • Serve as liaison between business and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Dynamics 365 CE Ownership
  • Provide functional and technical oversight of global D365 CE functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Insights.
  • Collaborate with global and offshore teams on solution design, configuration, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Manage incident triage, enhancements, and release coordination for the EMEA D365 environment.
  • Maintain data quality, integration accuracy, and overall system health in alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Business Process & Project Delivery
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead small to medium IT projects in the CRM domain — from requirement gathering through deployment.
  • Drive adoption and best-practice usage of CRM across commercial teams.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and internal IT teams for delivery and support.
  • Manage change requests and prioritise enhancements through the global IT governance process.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years focused on D365 CE (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Insights).
  • Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect within the Dynamics ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Azure integrations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes — lead to opportunity, campaign management, marketing automation, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with global teams across time zones and cultures.
Preferred Attributes
  • Microsoft Certified in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform.
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms integrating with D365.
  • Experience supporting or managing IT operations across EMEA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.
