Your Role

From supporting our day-to-day operations to enabling exciting new route launches and lounge openings, you'll be at the center of our IT delivery across the Americas. You'll work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure our technology supports our ambition to be a precision-led, customer-focused airline.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing IT services for business-as-usual operations, as well project delivery across the region
  • Managing vendor and supplier relationships, including participating in contract negotiations
  • Supporting route start-ups and close-downs with seamless IT execution
  • Overseeing IT requirements for lounge openings and business expansion projects
  • Acting a primary escalation channel for your areas of responsibility
  • Bringing fresh thinking and continuous improvement to how we deliver IT services
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Americas operation
About You

We\'re looking for someone with a solid technical foundation who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery. You\'ll be comfortable working independently, travelling across the region, and visiting our JFK office regularly.

You\'ll need:

  • A well-rounded technical background with broad IT knowledge
  • The ability to work hands-on in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and a solution-focused approach
  • Flexibility to travel, including regular trips to JFK
  • Drive, initiative, and the confidence to work autonomously
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both local and remote technical teams

It would be advantageous if you have:

  • Experience with IT service management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, & ServiceNow
  • ITIL Service Management experience or relevant qualification
  • A project management background or relevant qualification
  • Supplier and vendor management experience, including contract negotiations
  • Knowledge of the aviation or travel industry

Location & Travel

This role is based in North America with travel required across the region, including regular visits to our New York and JFK office.
