This hands-on role includes managing IT systems and ensuring cybersecurity and compliance. Qualifications

• 8+ years’ IT experience, ideally in a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.

• Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems, hardware, software and cloud platforms.
• Lead on infrastructure improvements and technology upgrades.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection and compliance procedures.
• Administer core business systems such as SharePoint and Salesforce.
• Provide user support and training.
