A not-for-profit IT Service Provider based in London is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead their technology infrastructure. We're pleased to be supporting one of our not-for-profit clients in their search for an IT Manager. Based in Central London, with an onsite presence required at least 2-days-per-week, this is an ideal role for someone who has managed an IT function before and is now ready to lead it.

You are someone who can motivate, engage and make sure the technical experts in your team are supported and held to account for the delivery of their work. This isn't a hands-on technical role, but you still need to have the knowledge to support your team, which includes; Developers, IT Support Specialists, CRM specialists, and a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic and operational management of the technology infrastructure
  • Oversee the health and performance of all IT systems
  • Lead on the successful planning and implementation of major technology projects
  • Lead, develop and coach the wider technology team
  • Manage the IT budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of services
  • Manage external suppliers and partners, ensuring service levels and value for money are achieved
  • Represent the technology team in internal meetings
  • Provide regular reporting on IT performance, risks, and strategic progress
Key Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience managing an IT function
  • Experience managing cloud migration projects, particularly involving Microsoft technologies
