As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Manager to oversee our technology operations and ensure the effective, secure, and reliable delivery of IT services across the business.

Position Overview

The IT Manager will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and continued enhancement of the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and support services. This leadership role requires strong technical capability, a proactive approach to cybersecurity, and experience aligning IT initiatives to organisational objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive technology improvements that support long-term business performance and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all IT functions, including systems, networks, telecommunications, and cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS).
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the IT support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to SLA standards.
  • Implement and oversee robust cybersecurity frameworks, disaster recovery planning, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce IT policies, procedures, budgets, technology standards, and vendor agreements.
  • Lead and execute technology projects, upgrades, rollouts, and lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement, system optimisation, and innovation across the IT estate.
  • Ensure timely resolution of critical IT issues, minimising downtime and business disruption.
  • Support organisational users by promoting best practices, training, and efficient use of technology.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in an IT Manager, IT Team Lead, or Senior Infrastructure/Network role.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networks, servers, Microsoft environments, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure/AWS.
  • Demonstrable experience in cybersecurity management, firewalls, backup solutions, and data security protocols.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong project management skills with experience delivering complex IT initiatives.
  • Professional certifications are desirable (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA, CCNA, CISSP).
