• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience working in a network/infrastructure support role.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security.
• Excellent interpersonal, business management and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and proactively monitor the IT Infrastructure.
• Answer inbound calls from users on the IT support phone line.
• Perform server and security audits, and system backups.
