Infrastructure Support Engineer — Blaenavon, South Wales — Competitive salary

What You'll Do
  • You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the business. Working closely with the wider infrastructure team, you’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network applications, and supporting end users.
  • Your responsibilities will include monitoring systems, performing routine backups, ensuring security protocols are upheld, and maintaining documentation for disaster recovery.
  • You’ll also assist in mentoring junior team members and help deliver ad-hoc IT projects when needed.
